Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AgentC Foundry collects through this website, why we collect it, and how visitors can manage optional analytics preferences.

Last updated: June 24, 2026

Short Version

We collect information you choose to submit through the workflow audit form so we can respond to your inquiry. The site does not currently load third-party analytics or advertising pixels. If analytics are enabled later, they will be optional and will load only after consent.

Information You Provide

When you submit the workflow audit form, we may receive your company name, company website, contact email, role, team size, revenue range, workflow friction points, readiness details, and any related context you choose to provide.

We use this information to evaluate the inquiry, respond to you, prepare for a consultation, and improve our service process.

Optional Analytics

We may use basic, privacy-respecting website analytics to understand which pages are useful, how visitors move through the site, which articles are helping readers, and whether the contact process is working.

Optional analytics are consent-gated. The site asks before loading analytics scripts, keeps analytics off unless you allow them, and lets you change that choice through the Privacy Choices button in the footer.

Cookies and Local Storage

The consent tool may store your analytics preference in your browser using local storage. This helps the site remember whether you allowed or declined optional analytics. If you clear your browser data, the site may ask again.

Analytics providers may use lightweight cookies or similar browser storage only after consent, depending on the provider configured for the live site. AgentC Foundry does not load advertising pixels through this consent tool.

How We Share Information

We do not sell website inquiry information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, email, hosting, security, or client communication systems. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of AgentC Foundry, our clients, or others.

Retention

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably useful for communication, service evaluation, business records, security, and legal obligations. If a conversation does not become an active engagement, we may still retain limited correspondence history so we understand prior context if you contact us again.

Your Choices

You can decline optional analytics. You can also contact us through the workflow audit form to request access, correction, or deletion of information you previously submitted, subject to practical, legal, and security limits.

Some laws, including California privacy law, may provide additional rights depending on where you live and whether the legal thresholds apply to the business. This page is intended to make our current data practices clear, not to waive any rights you may have.

AI and Client Data

Website inquiries are not used to train public AI models by AgentC Foundry. For client projects, we prefer scoped access, appropriate review points, and zero-data-retention or enterprise-controlled AI options when sensitive business context is involved.
