Governance

Trust & Safety

AgentC Foundry builds operational AI and workflow systems around scoped access, human review, source-truth discipline, and practical data protection.

Our Operating Position

AI is useful. That does not mean it is right, final, or entitled to act without boundaries. We design systems so AI can assist with repeatable work while people retain responsibility for judgment, approvals, and business consequences.

Our default posture is conservative: map the workflow first, define the authority of each system component, and keep sensitive actions behind review points.

How We Handle Client Work

  • We separate drafts, source truth, approved material, and working notes.
  • We avoid giving AI systems broad access when narrow access will do the job.
  • We prefer zero-data-retention or enterprise-controlled AI options when client data, proprietary workflows, or sensitive context are involved.
  • We document meaningful automation boundaries, review steps, and known limitations.
  • We do not represent AI output as verified fact without review.

Human Review

Human-in-the-loop review is not a slogan for us. For consequential work, the system should make it easier for a person to decide, not quietly replace the decision. Publishing, client communication, payments, deletion of records, legal or compliance-sensitive claims, and production changes should have explicit approval points.

Questions

If your organization has a similar workflow, AI governance, or data-handling concern, contact us through the workflow audit form. We are happy to look at the system and offer a practical opinion about what should be tightened first.
