AgentC Foundry is a founder-led operations and applied AI systems practice. We help established service organizations repair workflows, build durable software, and introduce AI where the work can be governed, reviewed, and owned.
What we do
Our work begins with the operating problem, not a preferred platform. We map handoffs, approvals, source information, exceptions, and recovery paths before deciding whether the right answer is process repair, software integration, a custom build, a controlled AI capability, or ongoing operational leadership.
AgentC Foundry provides workflow diagnostics, custom AI workflow builds, Fractional COO support, Fractional CAIO guidance, AI governance and safety systems, AI memory systems, website operations, data and signal systems, and nonprofit SaaS systems.
AI security, risk, and regulatory readiness
AgentC Foundry helps organizations make AI governance operational. That includes AI security, NIST AI Risk Management Framework readiness, EU AI Act readiness, AI regulatory compliance, AI impact assessments, AI risk assessments, AI risk management, AI compliance management, AI vendor and model assessments, and organizational AI readiness assessments.
We connect these concerns to the actual workflow, authority structure, evidence, and review process. Our role is to help leaders identify gaps, establish practical controls, and prepare informed next actions; it is not a substitute for legal advice or independent certification.

Founder
John Ryder
John Ryder founded AgentC Foundry to bring operating discipline to practical AI and software work. His approach centers on visible evidence, scoped authority, human judgment, durable artifacts, and systems that remain understandable after the demonstration ends.
How AgentC Foundry approaches AI
AI is useful. That does not make every output correct, every action authorized, or every automation wise. AgentC Foundry keeps source truth, permissions, review points, and business ownership visible. We favor bounded systems that can stop, explain what happened, and hand judgment back to the right person.
